Use of the service

QR Code Tools provides free, client-side QR code generation and scanning tools. You may use it for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms. You are solely responsible for the content you encode into a QR code and for how you distribute it — including ensuring you have the right to share any contact information, logo, or content it contains, and complying with WiFi network owner consent where relevant.

No warranty

This service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that a generated code will scan correctly on every device or scanner app, or that content will be preserved if your browser tab closes before you download a result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QR Code Tools and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service, including from a QR code that fails to scan or that encodes incorrect information you entered.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this service to generate or distribute codes that are illegal, deceptive (e.g. disguising a malicious link), infringe on others' rights, or violate applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
